The donor acknowledges and agrees that the Jazz Foundation of America retains full discretion over how and to whom it distributes donated funds to carry out the organization’s charitable functions and purposes. Jazz Foundation of America is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
