We will celebrate Hispanic culture and history with Latin dance workshops, arts and crafts, sports, and a Latin jazz concert with Ray Mantilla. A professional percussionist for more than 60 years, Ray Mantilla has been the first-call conguero for everyone from Art Blakey and Charles Mingus to Ray Barretto and Tito Puente. All of his 14 albums as a leader have hit the jazz charts, including his latest, High Voltage.
