Jazz Foundation of America presents live weekly concerts free to the public from the New Orleans Jazz Museum. You can see them every Wednesday in person or on our Facebook and Youtube pages. Catie Rodgers and Her Swing Orchestra
Catie Rodgers and Her Swing Orchestra is a 17 piece big band based in the New Orleans area. The band specializes in the music of Count Basie and frequently plays to packed houses of swing dancers. Catie created the band after studying with the great Bobby Watson in Kansas City and experiencing the city’s vibrant big band culture. more info here:
